Terms & Conditions of Sale — Summary
The key commercial conditions for custom patch orders with Europatch Studio. The full terms, including pricing, are provided with every quotation.
Minimum order quantity
Our minimum order is 50 units per design.
Production lead time
Standard production takes 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation and approval of the style.
The lead time only starts once all client-supplied materials (fabrics, trims, labels, artwork) have arrived at our factory.
Delivery tolerance
Deliveries made up to 15 days after the agreed date are considered on time and carry no penalty.
Quantity tolerance
Delivered quantities may vary by ±3% from the quantity ordered. For garment-dyed or industrially washed products the tolerance is ±7%. Invoicing reflects the quantity actually delivered.
Measurement tolerance
A variation of up to 1.4 cm on the specified measurements is considered within tolerance.
Colour variation on dyed products
On garment-dyed items a colour variation of 5–10% between the approved sample and bulk production is normal.
Dyeing, washing and finishing techniques make each piece slightly unique. This is a characteristic of the process, not a defect.
Delivery terms (Incoterms)
Goods are sold EXW (Ex Works, our factory in Barcelos, Portugal) or CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To), as agreed in the quotation.
Export duties, import duties, taxes and customs costs at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Quality standard
All production is inspected according to the 4-Point American System, the reference standard for textile quality control.
Claims
Any claim regarding quantity, quality or conformity must be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery, with supporting photos and references. Claims received after this period cannot be accepted.

Prices, sample costs, deposits, certification fees, payment terms and storage conditions are not published on this website.
